MARRIAGE IN HEAVEN - By M.K. Devidasan

The unexpected death of his father due to a heart attack forced Wing Commander Krishnan to remain a bachelor and struggle to pay off debts incurred by the loss of his father's factory which went into flames and to educate his divorced sister's children. The story meanders through a vast canvas of characters like his ever-helpful uncle, retired Deputy Superintendent of Police Mukesh, his undying love for a lady doctor from a different religion, his duty towards his niece and nephew, his sorrowing and fragile mother, all culminating in a fairy tale ending.
